Louise O’Hara is a people person and a strong business all-rounder. Since setting up Amellior in 2007, Louise has worked with clients in many industries to deliver services across marketing and business development, HR, conflict resolution, business operations, project management, event organisation and more. Her understanding of and passion about company culture has led Amellior to its current iteration.
Louise is multi-lingual and renowned for getting things done. She has for many years worked alongside others in social good and anti-racism activities, including ongoing work with charities such as The Damilola Taylor Trust, The Hope Collective, and the soon-to-be-launched Patrick Hutchinson Foundation. Louise is a Non-Executive Director at a start-up and advises on matters from marketing to ESG. Her work on the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion space has led to her building a strong and diverse delivery team for Amellior.
Since the June 2020 image of him rescuing a far right protestor from serious harm during the BLM protests went viral, life has not been the same for Patrick. The Rev Al Sharpton, Michelle Obama and Prince Harry are among his admirers where he has engaged in real life conversations with them on the emotive subject of racism.
Now the co-founder of UTCAI and the founder of The Patrick Hutchinson Foundation, he is driven to make a difference within education and the DE&I space. He is also extremely passionate about inspiring discontented members of our society to bring about social change. His book ‘Everyone versus Racism’ speaks on this. Patrick is now seen as a beacon of hope and an advocate for change and unity the world over.
Patrick has experience in working in the City and advises on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. He is an expert public speaker, and works on strategy with a number of courses and programmes here at Amellior. He also provides advisory to DE&I boards and companies both finding their way in this area, and those with more experience.
