Louise O’Hara is a people person and a strong business all-rounder. Since setting up Amellior in 2007, Louise has worked with clients in many industries to deliver services across marketing and business development, HR, conflict resolution, business operations, project management, event organisation and more. Her understanding of and passion about company culture has led Amellior to its current iteration.
Louise is multi-lingual and renowned for getting things done. She has for many years worked alongside others in social good and anti-racism activities, including ongoing work with charities such as The Damilola Taylor Trust, The Hope Collective, and the soon-to-be-launched Patrick Hutchinson Foundation. Louise is a Non-Executive Director at a start-up and advises on matters from marketing to ESG. Her work on the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion space has led to her building a strong and diverse delivery team for Amellior.
Tara Elie is an accomplished trainer and education professional with a proven record of generating and building relationships, managing projects from concept to completion, designing and delivering wellbeing and educational strategies, and coaching individuals to success.
Tara is currently studying Positive Psychology and Coaching at masters level, this part of her journey is influencing her content and performance in learning and development training. She appreciates and celebrates the individual, their differing backgrounds, cultures, experiences, perceptions and values. Tara is renowned for her engaging and passionate delivery style.
Alex is an experienced educator, executive coach and leadership team coach. He worked in education for 25 years, over half of which was spent as a secondary school headteacher in large inner-London comprehensives.
He now runs a leadership development consultancy which supports individual clients and executive teams from a range of industries. He is highly passionate about the value of professional development and in empowering others to overcome their leadership challenges. He specialises in working with senior leaders, supporting them to think big, shatter glass ceilings and achieve beyond their wildest expectations.
He also has a particular interest in Generation Z, and blogs, vlogs, speaks and consults on the topic. In short, he heard one ‘snowflake’ comment too many about the generation who attended the schools he led and decided his own generation needed to do some listening.
